Michelle Sack
Vice President of Learning and DevelopmentMichelle Sack leads the company's Learning and Development functions, which include Industry/Government Relations, Great Clips University, Education and Meetings & Events. The Learning and Development team focuses on strengthening the industry and providing learning opportunities for franchisees and their salon teams.
She joined the Great Clips brand in 1991 as a stylist and took her first corporate position in 1993. She has since held leadership roles in Human Resources, Recruiting Services and Operations.
Michelle has a master's degree in organizational leadership and human resources and has 16 years of experience as a franchisee. When she's not at work, she is likely spending time with her family, on the lake, traveling or cooking.
